Introduction
     Fruit cultivation can be done in a large or small area. Cultivating fruits in a large area is for business purpose and cultivating in a small area is to fulfill the household needs. We can use the surroundings of our house to cultivate fruits for household purpose. On the other hand, we select a specific large area to cultivate for business purpose. Fruit cultivation helps to keep our environment clean and maintain the beauty of nature. We generally cultivate orange, lemon, banana, mango, papaya, jackfruits, etc. are grown in the Terai region.
Planning for fruit cultivation in a small quantity
    We can get good product when we succeed to cultivate fruits by making a proper plan. While cultivating fruits we generally need to take the following points into consideration.
1. Selection of land:
     We have to select the land according to the species of fruits. Generally, we have to select the land that is facing to the south. Similarly the land should have good irrigation facility and the land should be fertile too.
2. Area:
      Select the area as per the need of the family and your plan.
3. Species of plants:
      Identify the species of fruits as per the environment and the temperature of the specific area.
4. Planting fruits:
    Plant the seedlings that give healthy and better products. Eliminate weeds, sue proper fertilizer, irrigate before planting. While planting fruits get the advice of experts.
5. Weeding and irrigation:
     Continuous care is necessary for fruit cultivation. Remove unnecessary weeds in the farm and let the fruits grow well. In the same way, irrigation is necessary. Therefore we should maintain water supply facility for the farm of fruits.

High Blood Pressure: Doesn't necessarily mean anger

Hello everyone out there I am here with you once again. In our society we often have the thought that high blood pressure means anger but I am here to tell that its wrong. Few weeks earlier I visited a local hospital where there was a health campaign held. I looked for people who were suffering from high blood pressure and enquirerd them whether they actually felt angry or was just an excuse. What they answered was surprising. Almost all of them answered that it was just an excuse. And some of them told they actually felt angry. I told them that it was untrue and took them to the doctor to make them free from the wrong belief. The doctor calmed them and told that I was right. I also have my personal experience with my mother. She had the blood pressure of 140/100 but she remained calm and comfortable. Nowadays she is taking Atenol 25 for medicine and is well now.
