Smart City: Is it possible in Nepal nowadays?

When the local level elections were held then we heard the term "Smart City" very frequently from the candidates of mayors and we were very much eager to know what it was and wished to live in that. Here I am going to share the information that I collected during this holiday. High Blood Pressure: Doesn't necessarily mean anger

Hello everyone out there I am here with you once again. In our society we often have the thought that high blood pressure means anger but I am here to tell that its wrong. Few weeks earlier I visited a local hospital where there was a health campaign held. I looked for people who were suffering from high blood pressure and enquirerd them whether they actually felt angry or was just an excuse. What they answered was surprising. Almost all of them answered that it was just an excuse. And some of them told they actually felt angry. I told them that it was untrue and took them to the doctor to make them free from the wrong belief. The doctor calmed them and told that I was right. I also have my personal experience with my mother. She had the blood pressure of 140/100 but she remained calm and comfortable. Nowadays she is taking Atenol 25 for medicine and is well now.
